The following is an overview of the broad range of opportunities offered to
enhance individual homebuyer choice and flexibility.
- The Summit Series is comprised of three lavishly appointed Mediterranean
style floor plans that feature a host of desirable amenities. These desert resort
plans include a pool, spa, built-in barbecue and custom landscaping.
- The Signature Series begins with a floor plan selection from one of
our three Summit Series plans, then allows you to work with our design team to
change the plans and customize your home as you wish within the existing footprint.
- The Custom Series is created for those of you who would like to
design your own home. You select one of our prime home sites, then you may
choose to work with our architect and interior design team, or you may employ
an architect and builder of your choice.
