How We Process Your Loan
- The Appointment
We will need to schedule a one to two hour appointment to collect and analyze
information so that we can provide you with some loan choices for which you
qualify.

Credit Report & Appraisal are Ordered
Your loan goes into Processing where any required verifications of deposit
or employment are ordered. Copies of all documents are made and organized
into special packages.
- Frequent Status Reports
As your loan is being processed, your loan agent will be in frequent contact
with you to discuss its progress and gather any additional information needed.
- We Tie the Bow On Your Loan Package
When all items are finally received, every little detail is scrutinized
and a cover letter is prepared so that your loan will be speedily approved
by our lenders.
- Loan Submission
We now submit your Loan Package to a selected lender and await final approval.
- Loan Approval
Congratulations! Any final conditions by the Lender are communicated and
taken care of.
- Sign Off
You now go to the Title Company and sign the various required forms.
- Funding and Recording
Your loan is funded within a few days and is recorded by the Title Company.
