Ryan and Courtney (first time home buyers) have been told that they are formally approved to buy a home with no money for a down payment, using a combination of a first loan in the amount of $277,500 and a second loan in the amount of $92,500.

Suresh and Lakshmi (first time home buyers) have been told that they are formally approved to buy a home with no money for a down payment, using a combination of a first loan in the amount of $318,750 and a second loan in the amount of $106,250.

Many renters often experience having their landlord sell the property out from under them. Many experience those letters that come in the mail and state the rent will increase 8% next month. Many more renters experience the emptiness of never really belonging and having roots. We at California Star Properties, Inc. have partnered up with a major lending institution that is providing a specific program which we call our ÒHome Start Loan ProgramÓ. This loan program will be offered to clients who meet the following criteria:

  • You must have worked for two years or more in the same industry.
  • You must have at least five trade references with which you have had credit for more than two years each.
  • You must have a credit report that has three scores with each of them being over 680. Scores at 680 to 720 have a cost increase of ý% to the fees. Credit scores of 721 and more: no cost surcharge.
  • We need for you to have at least 6 months cash reserves after escrow closes.

You can apply for this loan by calling us at 408-369-2900 and requesting a loan application to be sent to you via U.S. mail, fax, or you may make a personal appointment and we will assist you in filling out the information. If you prefer to fill out the package on your own, that is fine. However, we will want to spend the time with you to completely go over each point and to be sure that you are properly prepared. Our task is to approve you for the loan for which you qualify.
