Internet Marketing
1.
The size of the web site, which is 440 pages of copyrighted
information, provides a resource of information that clients
can preview at their own leisure. The scope of the information
came from our Home-buying workshop, the first of its kind,
which began back in 1980 and has been updated, as needed,
ever since. The workshop was four hours a day for three days
and was a tool we used to educate our clients. With the use
of technology, we have recreated this information on-line.
We believe that the access to the information 24/7/365 is
a way of empowering our clients.
2. We
have always believed that information is power and we want
our clients to have the power. You are a better client if
we have educated you about the process, who serves you, and
in what capacity.

Our clients often want to know what the homes in their neighborhood
are selling for. Hence, we allow them to set up search criteria
in our “Search for a Home” tool for their own
neighborhood. They can use the “pending and sold”
section to fill out the form that will personalize their searches
so that they can monitor their own home vs. the neighborhood
homes sold.
4. Our
clients who desire to buy a home can use the same program
to locate the most recently listed properties in their areas
of interest. We set up the property searches, after the form
has been filled out, and expand or contract the search criteria
as our clients direct us.
Often times a seller wants the home
search information when selling their own home and also wants
to look at the market in the area where they will be buying.
Again, the “Search for a Home” tool is self-directed
by you, our clients.
We monitor these searches (per the MLS)
and do so electronically so that we know who is searching
and for what. It is against the MLS Rules and Regulations
to give out the data without knowing who is receiving it.

We require that all of our Realtors®
and Loan Agents are enrolled in the By Referral Only firm.
This training is at a cost of $3,588 for a year. It starts
out with a three-day workshop that spans 12 hours per day.
Then begins weekly training and management of a pre-determined
business plan for action and success. There are quarterly
meetings to keep our staff on track. This program coaches
our staff 40 weeks a year. Each person will attend 3-4 three-day
main events each year.
